Robert Glore is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a varied background in Urgent, Emergent, Cardiology, Vascular and Family Care practice. Robert completed his undergraduate nursing at Central Florida Community College and The University of North Alabama, he went on to earn his Master’s degree from South University. Robert is board certified in Family Practice and has completed credentialing in Medication Assisted Treatment for opioid and alcohol addictions. He is a Registered Vascular Technician through the Alliance for Physician Certification and Advancement.

Before becoming a nurse Robert served in the United States Navy. Soon after leaving the Navy Robert came to the Ocala area and pursued his nursing degrees (Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse, and Advance Practice Registered Nurse). His love of nursing was found while Robert was obtaining his Emergency Medical Technician – Basic (EMT) certification at Great Lakes Training Center working the Emergency room in the mid-1990s.

Since obtaining his initial nursing degree 20+ years ago, Robert has worked in multiple locations including: a women’s prison, emergency rooms throughout the area, along with intensive care units including Medical, Surgical and Cardiac ICUs. Robert has worked at HCA Ocala as a Nursing supervisor, was able to start a Peripherally Inserted Vascular Access Nursing Program at two of the local area hospitals. Robert has been a nursing director of an outpatient cardiovascular intervention lab. Prior to his arrival at the Guest House of Ocala Robert was a provider at multiple area Urgent care facilities as well as performing in home Primary care for home bound clients.
