World Class Trauma Treatment

World-Class Private Treatment

The Guest House Ocala is a premier treatment center nestled on a private, secluded estate in Silver Springs, Florida. We treat alcohol and drug addiction, along with process addictions like sex, gambling, and disordered eating, through the lens of trauma. Designed for adults who need more than a standard clinical setting, we help resolve the underlying trauma driving addiction so guests can heal and thrive in lasting recovery.

Choosing the right facility for you or someone you love is important. Learn about us below to get a clear picture of what to expect and who we are built to serve.

What We Treat

Every person who arrives at the Guest House brings a unique and personal story. We treat each resident with the same depth, privacy, and clinical precision, regardless of what it is.

Substance Use Disorders

Alcohol and drug use, including chronic relapse, are treated within the broader emotional and behavioral context that sustains them. Each resident’s protocol is built around their specific history, not a standardized template.

Process Addictions

Gambling, sex, food, technology. Treated with the same clinical depth as substance use, not as an afterthought.

Mental Health Disorders

Trauma, Anxiety, depression, and other disorders are treated alongside addiction or independently. Many residents arrive carrying one without the other, and both are welcome here.

Co-Occurring Disorders

Complex presentations involving both mental health and substance use concerns are treated through fully integrated care.

What to Expect at The Guest House

Privacy, comfort, and personalized attention define the experience at the Guest House.

Personalized Treatment

We offer a private-pay program, and we do not accept insurance. This allows us to provide fully personalized care plans without the limitations that can come with insurance coverage.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Separate entrances, a thorough non-disclosure process, and discreet admissions from first contact to arrival at our intentionally small resident community.

State-of-the-Art Facilities

The Guest House is situated on a historic estate in a quiet residential area of Silver Springs, secluded by wooded grounds. On our 52-acre private estate, you can experience chef-prepared meals, an on-site gym, nature paths, equine access, pickleball and basketball courts, massage therapy and acupuncture, and 24/7 onsite staff. We want to create a sense of community that makes you feel safe and at home.

Cutting-Edge Treatments

Clinical therapies at The Guest House are grounded in evidence-based practices that address specific psychological and neurological needs. We champion a holistic approach, offering a large selection of therapeutic modalities so each guest can discover what's most effective in building a foundation for lasting recovery.

Who We Are Built to Serve

Our guests often come to us from high-powered careers or lifestyles. It can seem easy to push away trauma when life has you busy or pressured to appear in a certain way. But we know that you deserve the same chance at recovery as anyone, without the need to sacrifice your reputation.

Individuals who may be the right fit are:

  • An individual with a high-stress or high-visibility lifestyle seeking a high-end treatment setting that reflects your reality
  • An individual seeking privacy in a residential, secluded, and non-institutional environment
