Welcome to The Guest House Ocala,
We are overjoyed to announce that we welcomed our first ‘Guest’ today on December 22nd, 2016.
We welcome our first ‘Guests’ to begin their healing from the visceral, sensory and cellular pain of trauma in addition to the overwhelming shadow of substance and process addictions.
Rumi’s poem, The Guest House, speaks eloquently of the path to healing and joy and how we plan to open our doors to each and every client.
The Guest House
This being human is a guest house.Every morning a new arrival.
A joy, a depression, a meanness,some momentary awareness comesas an unexpected visitor.
Welcome and entertain them all!Even if they are a crowd of sorrows,who violently sweep your houseempty of its furniture,still, treat each guest honorably.He may be clearing you outfor some new delight.
The dark thought, the shame, the malice.meet them at the door laughing and invite them in.

We have gathered an extraordinary staff- with years of experience and commitment to the resolution of Trauma and addictions in the lives of those who suffer while giving hope and strength to the families of our beloved clients.
Our goal is to serve and support each and every Guest to heal and create a life of joy and purpose that can be had when we courageously enter the doorway to all of our life’s pains and sorrows as well as our passions and possibilities.
