Individual Therapy

As simple as it seems, traditional individual talk therapy remains one of the most effective therapeutic modalities for psychological concerns of any kind — addiction, trauma, mental health and more. Individual therapy offers clients a safe space to express themselves, talk about their experiences and learn to think critically about their behaviors. Our guests are paired with Certified Trauma Therapists who are particularly suited to a client’s situation. Participants will address essential insight into their personal journey and have the opportunity to explore issues and life-changing events. The goal of individual therapy is to help our guests gain awareness and clarity and to delineate strategies for moving forward.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a deeply transformational process that harnesses the power of support systems and community to encourage self-reflection and self-expression. Your therapist-guided sessions are designed to help you learn to open up to others, share your story without fear or shame and lean on others for support and help. The exercises in group therapy use objective, outside perspectives to help shed light on how your past influences your behaviors, which is a vital realization before you can begin the process of healing.

Meditation/Yoga

The ancient arts of meditation and yoga encourage mindfulness and spiritual renewal. These therapeutic practices remind us to simplify our lives and to release pent-up emotionally charged energy. By focusing on the breath and clearing the mind, meditation allows you to create a mental sanctuary that you can access whenever and wherever you need it. Yoga improves physical strength and confidence, giving you enhanced control over your mind and body through meditative breathing and rhythmically flowing poses. As therapeutic modalities, they are a cornerstone of our core principle of holistic healing, simultaneously improving mental, physical and spiritual strength.

Conscious Connected Breathwork

Conscious connected breathwork is a safe and powerful technique that facilitates the release of old thought patterns and as a result creates a shift in consciousness. This shift in consciousness is a natural process of cleansing and relaxation. It can dissolve physical, emotional and mental blocks or tensions, and thus improve emotional balance and awareness. In your sessions with your trained therapist, you will set an intention and use a circular and conscious connected breathing technique while lying flat on a yoga mat or sleeping bag with music, creating an integrative experience for the body, mind and spirit.

Psychodrama

Psychodrama is a creative therapy technique based on role play and dramatic interpretation. When you reenact life-changing events under the guidance of a psychodrama therapist, you access emotionally challenging patterns and events in a safe and healing manner. You can realize past events and actions from different perspectives, face any fears or negative emotions and express your experience in a way that provides objective insight. Psychodrama allows the participant to find healing in the examination of the role, character and behavior of others as well as in an illuminating look into their own psyche.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is one of the most well-researched clinically-based psychotherapies available. It has been helping therapy patients with traumatic pasts since the 1980s, and has time and again proven itself as an effective choice. It harnesses the principle that certain eye movements and positions are associated with particular feelings, memories or attitudes. By directing your eye movements and using other stimuli, your therapist helps you access and process your traumatic memories.
