Becca Hart, MS, CRC, LMHC

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Becca Hart is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, but all the roads that led her there were paved with dirt. Working in organic agriculture for several grueling seasons led her to fully appreciate the restorative capacity of the natural world. It was in the field – literally – where she discovered her passion to connect more deeply with others, the world around her, and to cultivate growth.
Becca’s clinical experience has evolved in a number of environments. While working at an urban farm in Memphis, TN, she led therapeutic horticulture programming to help previously unhoused veterans on their path toward skill building and connection. Here in Florida, Becca has specialized in supporting clients to overcome trauma, eating disorders, and compulsive behaviors - this through her work in private practice, residential treatment for eating disorders, and the University of Florida OCD, Anxiety, and Related Disorders Treatment Program, a leading clinical program in the evaluation and treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder and body dysmorphic disorder.
Becca maintains a holistic approach to eating disorders and compulsive behaviors to help her clients strengthen their connection to the world around them while also increasing awareness of their own inner landscape, because every healing journey begins at the roots.
