Gabe Grimalt joins The Guest House as the Director of Clinical Outreach, bringing over a decade of experience in behavioral health and a relationship-driven approach to clinical outreach. Since entering the field in 2013, he has become known for guiding individuals and families through complex moments with clarity, compassion, and genuine care.
“We don’t believe in surface-level solutions,” said Judy Crane and John West, Co-Founders of The Guest House. “Gabe understands that meaningful recovery requires uncovering and addressing the root causes beneath the behavior. His ability to connect and guide people through the process makes him a powerful addition to our team.”
Throughout his career, Gabe has built lasting relationships within the clinical community, particularly in New York, becoming a trusted resource for clinicians, interventionists, and families seeking deeply personalized treatment solutions. His ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear, human conversations makes him a steady and trusted presence during times of uncertainty.
Gabe’s personal journey in recovery has enabled him to bring empathy, honesty, and integrity to every interaction. He understands firsthand the courage it takes to seek help and meets others in that moment with both respect and directness.
At The Guest House, Gabe will focus on expanding meaningful clinical partnerships and connecting individuals and families to a model of care that goes beyond stabilization—one that is rooted in uncovering and resolving the underlying trauma that drives behavior, creating the conditions for lasting, transformative healing.
Gabe lives in upstate Connecticut with his wife Sinead, their son Julian, and their bulldog Gordo.
